Movement Stat for Vehicles

I have the enhanced edition index books on my ipad. Some of the vehicloes have thier movement stat replaced with an "*" Can anyone tell me what that means? How do I find out the movement stat for that vehicle?

Don't know where to find it exactly on an ipad but there should be a table that lists all * stats depending on how many wounds the modell has left.
