No two ways about it, this is a good list. I've versed a couple similar to this (i.e. multiple Razorbacks with shooty marines inside) since 8th got released, and it does well.

If I was you I wouldn't even deploy the deva's in the transports. With only 8 units, chances are you'll still go first.
