Color Scheme for Chaos

Does anyone out there know the exact color scheme for Red Corsairs? Im doing a 13th Company crossover to chaos. This is the colors im using at the moment: Mechrite Red washed in Badab Black, with the trims in Chaos black drybrushed with mithril silver and Shining Gold on other models.
Any advice is welcome tips and tricks are cool too

Come on guys im dieing. Im unsatisfied with the dark shade of the red but blood red is to bright is there a way to lighten it up well or make it look "shiny"

If you think blood red is too bright then you could just do mechrite red, blood red, then a wash of badab black or you could do mechrite red followed by a 1:1 of blood red to chaos black and then shade with badab black.

mix with black, white , and bleach bone/flesh tones :P

Red is one of the hardest colors to shade/highlight with. I'd recommend doing a purple wash over the mechrite red instead of the black wash - it sounds crazy, but it really works. It gives a better shading effect and it's not so dark. Then you can highlight with blood red if you want.
