Necron Wraith question

Ok the Necron wraith says it can move as a jet bike, does this mean it can use its tubo boost in its movement phase and then during the assault phase move its six inches to charge?

If you read the "Turbo-Boost" rule in the rulebook, you'll see that it says that after making that move, the unit cannot charge. Wraiths can turbo-boost but they cannot charge after doing so. However, they can make a 12" move and assault. They cannot run, however.

I agree with everything said above. The only thing I might add is that you NEVER have to take a difficult terrain test for starting or ending your moves in difficult terrain because of the "Wraithflight" rule.
