How many attacks?

Okay,here we go...

I have a Chaos exalted hero on Chariot named Bob.

Bob's an angry guy, so I gave him the mark of Khorne

Bob's ride also has the mark of khorne

Bob is also currently subject to Frenzy thanks to his Slanneshi friend over in the corner.

Bob is also my army standard bearer, so he waves around the Banner or Rage (grants frenzy)

So....

The Special rules section leads me to believe that special rules stack.

The Mark of Khorne effects the whole model.

Bob and his chariot are counted as a single model in the 8th ed. rules.

Here's my horribly destended experimental guess. ...
Bob (4 attacks)
Bob's MOK (Bob gets 1 attack, so do both steeds and his buddy riding shotgun)
Bob's chariot (2 steed attacks, and 2 sideswipes from his buddy)
Chariot's MOK (2 more steed attacks, another sideswipe from the buddy, and another attack for Bob)
The Banner gives everyone (Bob, 2 steeds, and his bud) another attack
Spell effect gives everyone (Bob, 2 steeds, and his bud) another attack

That would be-
8 attacks from Bob
10 attacks from the steeds
6 attacks from Bob's buddy

OR...

Since the Mark of Khorne gives the unit frenzy, and frenzy grants attacks to models does it instead...
4 Attacks from Bob
2 attacks from steeds
2 attacks from his buddy
+4 attacks anywhere I want

OR EVEN...

Bob+Mok= 5 attacks
Bob's Ride+Mok=4 attacks from steeds, 3 attacks from bud
Banner of rage grants 0 attacks
spell grants 0 attacks

OR POSSIBLY...

Bob has 4 attacks
steeds have 2 attacks
bud has 2 attacks
and one of them has 1 extra attack.

and the chariot has one attack

OR

Bob has 4 attacks
steeds have 2 attacks
Bud has 2 attacks
During my turn I choose which element of the model has +1 attack, during my opponent's turn they pick which element has +1 attack
