Friends, here are some recent pics on the progress I've made on my Hive Fleet. I did the bulk of the work in the week leading up to 'Ard Boyz... unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the bases done before 'Ard Boyz...

Now that my summer is unfolding at a more leisurely pace I've finally settled on a color for the bases. I was originally considering these four colors:

I finally settled on the yellow because I think it ties in nicely with the rest of the army...

Love the green eyes, makes them stand out a ton. Definitely some good looking bugs.

Thank you so much. That green is one of my favorite paints: Necrite Green by Privateer... I definitely need to get more of the P3 paints... very smooth with excellent coverage!
