Here are a couple Age of Sigmar minis that I painted up for a client a while ago (I just hadn't gotten around to posting them previously). The dead guy on a stick is definitely a highlight for me.

How did you get the bone color so smooth? various layers and washes?

The bones on these were pretty simple- start with the darkest color and layer up. No washes were involved, but you should make sure to thin your layer paints as the translucency is your ally- just make sure you don't over thin them into washes.
