Well it looks very Top-heavy, So I'd rock it by mounting it on an unstable base and gently pushing it from side to side

Penitent Engines aren't feminine (in fact, it doesn't even seem to matter if the victim strapped to it is alive, as I've seen a few pieces of official art where the victim was headless). Netiher is this... it's not feminine, it's just an abomination.

I don't like to play against joke armies.

Not to say I won't do it, but if I have a choice between someone with a totally unpainted army versus someone with a fully painted joke army, **** the joke army I'm going with the serious player.

Yes! I always get a chuckle out of a goofy army here and there. I know some people aren't fans and its probably not an army I would build myself (outside of Orks!). But to each his own I guess.
