ICs with a bubble effect in a vehicle

Hey guys, I know there's been discussion claiming that a Sanguinary Priest can still provide feel no pain and furious charge if he is in a vehicle, but I'm not certain as to where this is clarified in the rule book.

Any help on locating it and/or simply saying that it's incorrect would be great! Thank you!

Any passenger effects are measured from the hull of the vehicle. So anyone within 6" of the vehicle get FNP and all that. I don't recall what page that's on, though.

From the BRB FAQ
"If the psychic power does not require line of sight
and has a range or an area of effect that is
normally measured from the model using it, these
are measured from the vehicle’s hull, as
explained in the Embarking section on page 66."

Although this is a question on psychic powers other 'aura' effects are treated the same.
