I need to play with/against some different people, these guys keep bringing up ridiculous rules issues....
In a recent game, my Blood Angels Vanguard Veterans squad used their jump packs to Deep Strike into play and heroically intervene. My opponent claimed that I could not use DoA for this, as it is not stated anywhere in the Codex that Blood Angels automatically gain the rule when they gain a jump pack. I won the roll-off, so I got to use it, but I'm hoping for something a little better than that because that guy was blithering about it for the entire rest of the game.
