Here's a greater daemon that I created out of Minotaur and spawn bits (and a decent amount of grey stuff).

Unfortunately, I didn't give him a great angle for the camera, so here are three pics:

First off you're modeling is fantastic, and you've a great paint job to go with it...
BUT...he looks like he belongs in a fantasy game, not 40k, and he still looks VERY minitorish.

Like I said though, I am blown away by your modeling skills.

Agreed.

Looks great to me. If anything in the 40k universe has leeway to look fantasy-ish, it's daemons. Very few demon princes come from chaos space marines. Just say that this DP started as some bull-like species on the far edges of the galaxy before his race fell to chaos and this individual became a daemon prince.

Daemon princes are not supposed to look alike - they should be unique and varied based on the parent race and the Chaos God that mutated them. I definitely buy this model as a Daemon Prince. The only thing it might be confused for is a bloodthirster.

Excellent modeling. The pose works well and the model looks menacing. Nice work. I like what you did with the toes.

It looks like it came from the Warp. What else do you need?

F*ck yeah Daemon Prince!

An actual decent Chaos use for Minotaurs? :O

I agree it's a great modeling job, but what's this talk about daemon princes? I thought this was a summoned greater daemon?

I think that Herald is reffering to Lerra's post.. or maybe he just misread something...

OH YEAH: and the little ninja in the corner of the pics... could totally take that demon! bwaha

That's right. That is one of the reasons that he has such a "fantasy" feel to him- he's meant to fit in with other summoned daemons in the force (like Bloodletters).

Anyway, thanks for all the comments.
