Hey guys,

New to the forum, but been following BoLS for a while now. I live in Denver, and I"ve been collecting Citadel minis for about 20ys or so ( I started young, thanks to my bro). All in all, I've been actually playing the games for about 14 years. 40k is a kind of family affair in our house: my mom (age 54) and my step-dad (age 65ish) all play, though I'm responsible for painting their minis >.<. We don't play large games, the largest to date only being 3000pts; but the games we do have are usually real intense.

I think that's pretty awesome that 40K is a family affair. I hope to make it the same with my future family. I have already had to teaching games with my girlfriend. And she seems to be really supportive of the hobby and genuinely wants to learn to play so she can play against me.
