THE BATTLE FOR SEPHERAX SPIRE
Background- The Dark Marauders Chaos Marine warband landed upon the dark world of Sepherax. Sepherax had been recently abandoned by Imperial Colonists due to the impeding approach of Hive Fleet Hydra, a tendril of Kraken that had survived the destruction of Ichar. Unfortunatly, the Dark marauders were unaware of this and happily set up shop of Sepherax. As you could expect, this led to... difficulties.
The small warband could not even slow down the Hive Fleet and they were quickly pushed relentlessly towards the only real defense on the planet, Sepherax Spire. The spire was a monument to the Emperor until the planet was abandoned, and this was ironically where the traitorous marines made their last stand. However, as luck may have it, another traitor warband known as the Cult of Pestilence was passing the planet, and having ties with the marauders, set off towards the planet to pick them up.
Can the Dark marauders hold against the endless swarms of Hydra for long enough to escape? Or will they be devoured to sate the Tyranids immortal hunger?

Scenerio rules
This is a straight up Annihlation game, with pitched battle deployment. The following special rules apply:
Unending Swarm- Any Tyranid Squad, excluding HQ choices, once destroyed may come back in from the Tyranid players board edge. they come on automatically, and do not need to roll for reserves. (Also, the Tyranid player gets 500 points more than the chaos player, to show desperate last stand.
The Cult of Pestilence-Any turn after turn 3 then the chaos player may roll a dice. On a 5+ then 5 squads of Plague Marines may deep strike in, controlled by the chaos player and following the normal rules for deep strike.
Last stand- All Dark Marauders are fearless, and may pick whether to take the first turn.
Our way out!- If the Dark marauders hold out past turn 5 , they can roll a dice once per consecutive turn. On a 4+ they are rescued by the Cult of Pestilence's thunderhawks. if this happens then the game immediantly ends and the Dark Marauders gain 3 kill points.
