Ok ive been thinking over this for a while and wanted to see what the ppl here thought

Pg: 76 of the BRB Rule Book

Units mounted on bikes and jetbikes may utilise turbo-boosters to move at extreme speeds.
When using there turbo-boosters they may move up to 24" in the Movement phase.
Controlling thier bike at such speeds takes all their concentration and skill, however, so they
cannot move through difficult terrain, shoot, launch assaults or execute any other voluntary action in the same turn.

PG: 21 and 20 of the Necron Codex

Jetbikes: Destroyers (and Heavy Destroyers) counst as Jetbikes for movement purpose. They may also move and fire their gauss/heavy gauss cannons.

So would that mean that Destroyers (and Heavy Destroyers) can turbo-boost and fire. I know the codex was written before 4th edition(when the turbo-boost rule was added).

No. The destroyers rules means that they can move normally and fire their weapons (basically relentless). Turbo-boost is not a normal move, and consequently has restrictions placed upon its usage.
