I'm doing something similar for my Skarbrand conversion, I like the axe.

Your trygon tail idea which is excellent. My only comment is that I would have probably cut the Trygon tail a bit shorter before attaching the keeper torso.

No, I'm planning an army of Khorne daemons.

@isotope99 Maybe is better. I wanted a very high model can dominate the battlefield.

I love the Daemon Prince conversion. Never thought of using the C'Tan but I will say that it makes the perfect base for a Slaanesh conversion.
