IG, INQ, ASSASSINS: Elite human infantry

General thoughts behind this force:
I like human models, elite forces, small forces, variety,minor conversions. Will contain lots of easy counts as.

Here's the original test model:

Hq variety squad
Hq cc squad
carapace/camo vets
carapace/camo vets
scion platoon
psyker

assasination execution force

heavy armour suit (aka inq in term armour with psycannon) x2 OR coteaz and inq
acolytes in pwr armour
acolytes in flak armour
penal squad aka acolytes with a few surprises

Which either represents an inquisition force, mercenaries, or a bit of a rogue detachment of IG.

Tried to go for carapace by filing back the leg pockets and painting them as well as the shins as armour. Also sticking to scion helmets rather than cadian ones (if at all!) I like them having packs- which are meant to represent individual scatterfield type ones. But I'm not sure if they look too skitarri-y!

Need to finish the gun, but I'm fairly happy at the amoutn of callidusness. She has a long ponytail...perfectly concealed by the head/sword arm in those photos!

I need to do the skin and finish off most things. Thinking I might make the under-shoulder armour orange..or just leave black as is, not entirley sure...

On the one hand orange could help them tie in with the rest of the forse and add a bit of pop.
On the other it may be gilding the lily...too many colours plus I quite like having a break from all the orange :)!

as for colour scheme, I'm torn between either having them white/bone, or black....hmmm

Needless to say...I love how versatile the skitarri boxes are! Might give them scopes If I can find any.

Prefer the darker troopers to the orange ones. Nice models though.
