so i have a psyker battle squad in a chimera, are they allowed to use their psychic attacks while embarked? the codex says that models embarked are using the lasguns.

The Chimera has "fire points", so by rule any shooting weapons may fire out. Since the battle squad uses their powers as if they were shooting, they can use their attacks while inside.

Any shooting attack may use the fire points not just lasguns. The psychic attack is a shooting one so yes they can.
