Lord Commisar = Inquisitor

Just brainstormed with the idea, but anyone think a Inquisitor modeled counts as Lord Commisar would be fluffy? He can be attached to a Company Command to serve as his retinue, which can also be modeled appropriately with regimental advisors and even the Company Command special characters able to be taken as retinue.

Ofcourse this can also be packed up by Storm Troopers and Grenadiers taken as elites

I think this is a great idea. I've thought before that a Primaris Psyker is probably a better representation of an Inquisitor on the battlefield than an actual WH or DH in the current edition. Coupled with a psyker battle squad of bound witches a Primaris would be a great radical Witch Hunter. A Lord Commissar would be an awesome puritan inquisitor I reckon.

The advantage of these approaches too is that you stick within the guard codex so no-one can ***** about your allies...
