Maybe for a chaos player. Most marines don't have a wing in place of one of their arms.

Use greenstuff to fill in the Slaaneshi symbols, use an arm replacement (probably one of the Sanguinary Guard arms?) on the shield arm and attach some Swooping Hawk wings?

He'd need a little GS on the upper arm of the sword arm as well to turn it from flesh to plate, but that'd be a great use for him.

good call ... i can see him proxied as Astrogath or as Dante ... or even as Mephiston, especially if you're going for a CSM army played as BA (*as Rapture says...)
