GW does insist on not giving us the Thunder Wolves any time, so I found these guys on the web curtosey of Mr Dandy sculpts. They enjoy walks in the park and eating chaos marines.

Anyone have a really big poopa-scoopa?

I love the shoulderpads decorations. I'm pretty sick of all those ragnar wolves with plain yellow right pads. The wolves are pretty nice too.

How well do thises go together? How long after ordering did it take you to get them? I've been thinking of getting one or two, but i wanted to get some feedback on them first.

They are resin, so require all the work that goes with that. Which isnt that much in reality, just a little more than plastic. They go together well, snug fit. I pinned/greenstuffed to make the joins stronger and smoother, but there was no urgent need to do that - just insurance I guess.

They came within 3 days of ordering state side, and he gave excellent customer service. Part of the reason I went with him over the ebay ones, which are also pretty good.

I'm not a big fan of the horse bit & reins, I'd prefer a big doggy collar that the riders could grip onto.

I do really like the extended grips on the weapons though, they look much more suitable for cavalry models, especially ones this large.

I have these same ones, got them on Friday and they are amazing. They are worth every penny!!

I drilled like I was looking for Oil!

Deep pins and a lot of green stuff. I'm paranoid that one day they will just fall in the middle of a game so I glued the clear rods on anyway.

But it can be done...Just pin it very well.
