So what do ork and marine players think? They look very similar to the other ork and marine fliers so not sure what to say, does anyone know if they are made using the same chassis like they use rhino for whirlwind and razorback ect? Or are they new? Bit hard to tell if you dont play those armies.

I like the Ork flyer (and just started painting up my fighta-bomma, so perfect timing). It looks proper Orky and all.

Looks like the price is $85. If so... Eh, it better be a pretty darned big model. Otherwise, my sense will kick in and direct me elsewhere where I can get more bang for my buck. Looks like its just an extra sprue tacked onto the existing model. Which is why it says "can be built as fighta-boma as well".

Wazbom Blastajet – a deadly, gun heavy, Ork flying fortress. The kit can also be assembled as either a Dakkajet, a Burna-bommer or a Blitza-bommer same for the marine kit and i'm guessing costs more too.

Not just you, I got my Stalker out to check and yeah that's exactly what it is. Might not be what thery call it in the rules, but the mould is the same for sure. Stormhawk's packing a nice weapons load, what with the Icarus Stormcannon, twin Assault Cannons and missile pods too.

Will likely have similar upgrades for the weapon pods and all. Pair of Lascannon, heavy Bolters and that.

Looking forward to seeing the full rules for these two. Spesh the Waz Jet!

I kinda like it, reminds me of a Dreadnought in a way. Could be what Space Marines do to injured aerial aces, plug them into a Stormhawk.

with 3 S7 shots from the icarus cannon, 3 S7 sky hammer missiles like the talon has, and assault cannons, that flyer puts out an enormous volume of shots.

It does something the other Space Marine flyers don't, which is cool, really interested to see what the new Flyer rules are, look like they'll make flyers a lot more interesting and dynamic, which is good as they've gotten a little stale lately.

You're quite right - the Necron kit clearly has a missing sprue. There's fixing points that aren't used, and an excess of tubes and that!

Hmm... I need confirmation on that price. $65 does seem more likely, and if so, it might be a tad more than I'd prefer, but it's within "acceptable" levels and I could see myself adding one to my force.

Then the question is whether to paint it like Blood Axes would to add to my current flyer (now half-painted!) or paint it as Deathskullz to go with those guys I'm starting up. Decisions, decisions...

That's good.
Not as good as guarnteed via vector dancer though.
I just find it wrong that Craftworld flyers get it and Dark Eldar don't, despite their entire way of war is about manuvers and insane speed.
