What source has the Grot Tank Mob force listing in it?

It's one of the 'Imperial Armour' books.

They're basically faster, less fighty Killa Kans

one of the more recent Apoc Books from Forgeworld has them in it, along with the Mega Dread and the Big Squiggoth. IA8 also has rules for them, but is considered by a lot of people (at least from what i've read on the internet) to be out of date and those rules null/void.
