The spell invisibility states thatthe unit under this spell can only be hit in close combat on a six, but how does it affect the stomp attacks?

I have always played it as if the invisible unit is still hit by the template just like any other unit, some times Im the one stomping and sometimes Im the one stomped, but I have always wondered if this is the correct interpretation.

Any scenario about how the rule would work would make sense. If the invisible unit is not affected by stomp, it makes sense, as the walker or gargantuan wouldnt be able to see clearly where the enemy is. And if the invisible unit can still be stomped it also makes sense, as the walker/gargantuan, would just kick and stomp hoping to crush those enemies it cant see, bit knows are there.

Thanks for your help.

Stomps don't roll to Hit, because they automatically hit whatever's under the template. Thus Invisibility has no effect.

Totally agree.

Can randomly allocated battlefield effects hit invisible units normally?

Indeed. Stomps don't roll to hit, so are a solid counter to Invisibility. Spesh if you manage to tap dance on the witch pulling off such shenanigans!

Stomp them all. Turn them into splutchy little pancakes.

And remember - 'only hit on a 6+ in close combat' isn't the same as Snap Shot.
