I think this was already asked but I can't find it. Blood angel fast vehicles, can they move 18 and still fire a weapon (I do not mean defensive weapon) say the vindicator?

As per the normal rules for fast vehicles, they can move 6" and fire all, move 12" and fire one(plus defensive) or move 18" and fire none.

So for a vindicator your maximum move and shoot is 12", which is pretty respectable :)
