Stormraven Flatout + Disembark

When the Stormraven moves flat out, it's passengers are able to disembark but have to do so via grav-chutes or jump packs and roll for scatter. Of course with the jump packs you can benefit with no scatter, but can't assault.

My question is, can the Dreadnaught also disembark in this manner? As in, can he disembark at all after the Stormraven moves flat out?

I see no reason why it couldn't. It's a passenger.

C:BA p.38 - Skies of Blood says that "passengers" can still disembark if the SR has moved Flat Out so yes, Dreads get the benefit too.
