It's interesting to note the expansion of available allied IG units to Inquisition armies over what GW allows for GT's and normal play.

Not really an expansion, so much as it is the same list as they used last year. Note that in the actual rules, you CAN ally in special characters. So it's not entirely expansion anyway.

I won't move on to later rounds even if I win, but I'm planning on going to our local one. I kinda have to stretch my army to get to 2500, though. I'm probably not going to be able to get fully wysiwyg, but luckily it shouldn't be too much of a problem at the local level, and I'm not moving on anyways.
