Banners, need some help

I am looking for some Salamander banners, nothing I have to paint. I just want to download something (if possible, already be formatted to the correct size) I know I am lazy and I should paint them, but I am lazy :)

I am trying to find atleast three different banners, but I will take any.

You'll probably have to do what I did-get a simple graphics program (gimp, paint.net) and just play around with putting various elements in yourself until you get something you like. I've got an example of what I did for my guard in my stuff in the gallery.

Yeah, either that or scan in the banner from the Marine dex and print it out on decal paper....
