It's that time of year again. The grass is beginning to green up, temperatures are getting warmer, and the 40K season of battles is heating up.
June 5 and 6 in Fayetteville, Arkansas is Patriot Games. This is put on by the same people that run Sooiepalooza. This will be the 7th 40K Patriot Games, and should be bigger and better than ever. Past chapmions include Michael Strange, Josh Buchannan, and Jeremy Yates.
The event is a 5 game, 2 day event. Army requirements are 1850 and must follow Force Organization in the rulebook. Special Characters, only the ones found in the Army Codex, are perfectly fine. Painting is not required, but highly recommended. You may use non GW models.
Entry fee is $55 if paid by April 15, today. After today it will increase a bit. We are on the GW website, and the good news is this - WE ARE A QUALIFIER for the Las Vegas GT in 2011. That's right, the top 2 finishers will get to enter the Vegas GT, with entry fee, food, and Hotel paid!
