Doom of Mymeara vol 2 question

Reading up on the Corsair Prince and his options, you can buy 1 level of wild magic (only), under the 'First Prince' sections, you can select one of the options. Wielder of Profane Powers grants an additional level of mastery "(to a maximum of three levels)", the problem is I don't see how you could get that extra '3rd' level. So what am I missing?

Unless there's a piece of wargear in there that grants an extra level of mastery, I think it might be a misprint.

There's a misprint somewhere, I'm wondering if there isn't supposed to be an option to buy more than one level, or buy additional options under the first prince section.
