Well there is now a good camera in my household so I can start putting up some pics of what I am working on. I might put some of my guard up later but for now here is my first test model for my Blood Angels. This is the AoBR sergeant. I'm trying out NMM, lining, and layering all for the first time with this army. The lighting isn't perfect and I will work to make the NMM gold look a bit better. And I will also touch up the joints some too. Any comments are welcome.

Looks good :) But the red could use some more contrast. If you're starting with the Army Painter red primer (looks like it) then a wash with 50/50 devlan mud and leviathan purple will do a lot to add some shadows. Or just badab black =) It looks like you spent a good amount of time on highlights that are pretty hard to see (that's one of the main difficulties in painting red).

It looks good, but something about the armour isn't feeling right... It could just be the pic though, fif you use a flash? If so try it without a flash, and with a good light source.
