For those who preordered Blood Angels Sanguinor in USA

... I preordered a bunch of Blood Angels stuff (Codex, Death Company, Sanguinary etc) in the hopes of getting it april 3rd or shortly thereafter. I kept checking my order but it still said "Order being processed" even as of this morning, Monday april 5th.

So I called customer service and they informed me that Sanguinor wasn't coming out until April 17th now (not sure if this is for everyone or just USA or just preorders or what), when it was originally posted on the US site that he was coming on the 3rd. That seemed to be what was holding up my order. The customer service rep said that it should ship out today now since removing Sanguinor from the order.

Has anyone else had this issue with their preorder?

I've had a similar problem in the UK, Astorath and the Vanguard Sergeant aren't out until the 17th here. My local store is going to get the order split so that I will hopefully get everything for Friday, needless to say I was very disappointed this past weekend when I went to collect everything

Astorath and the Vanguard Sgt were always advertised as a 17th Apr release. Not sure about the Sanguinor problem in the US but my FLGS got in several of him pre-weekend...

yea, customer service is straight up lying to you. I have the Sanguinor sitting right here in front of me. I preordered through my FLGS, tho. maybe that makes a difference? interestingly,the exact items that my FLGS ordered as part of an "Advance Order" package did not come in. the stuff he did get was all extra stuff he ordered once it actually came out. His "pre-order" stuff got delayed until Thursday...maybe GW is having monumental shipping problems all over the place

Damn you guys are lucky i preordered like the day they annonce it in March and i havent received nothing from my order yet

Ditto to Dantethgolden... I got mine through my LGS today (it's been waiting for me to get money). It may be that they are having problems with them in stock at GW, so they are holding off on shipping them, that would be the only thing I can see as an issue.

I've already got a Vanguard Sgt waiting for me at my store as well, but I can't get it until the 17th.
