After completing a tank shock/ram, can a vehicle pivot on the spot to face a different direction? (For the purposes of Armour Facing and shooting capabilities)

“Once the Tank has been ‘aimed’ and the intended distance declared, move the Tank straight forwards until it comes into contact with an enemy unit or it reaches the distance declared – no other changes of direction are allowed in a Tank Shock. ”

This rule specifies only during a tank shock. I would think you can pivot once complete.

The Tank Shock would be the units movement for that phase though, so it wouldn't be able to pivot as its movement is complete.

@Path Walker: I didn't see excerpt in the tank shock/ramming section of the rule book and was sort of leaning towards mhelm01 conclusion... Hence why I asked :p. I'll have to reread that section again I guess :)

I would also add this part where it states pivoting does not count as movement...

“Note that, because pivoting on the spot does not count as moving, this is not enough for a Tank Shock. ”
