Alright, how does an initiative test work in 7th edition? My friend cast a Goblin Spell, I think it was Hand of Mork, and it had me make an initiative test. What's the rules abiding way to do that?

Roll equal to or under the model's initiative value, or get some smushing from Mork.

Yup.

This is pretty much how all "characteristic" tests work (things like S or T or Ld).

Which is precisely why I hate that one Nurgle spell.

Killed my Treeman turn one. Pass an Initiative test on Initiative 2.

Shenanigans!

Quagmire does it too. Init test then armor save. Learn the nurgle spells Sam you think you know WoC so well.

Ive always wanted to hit a Slan (preferably Lord Croak) with a Brass Orb! He would have fun in the "TWISTED REALM OF CHAOS!"

LOL one of my Empire Priests doesn't care about these tests.
"Hand of Gork!" squeals the shaman as WAAAGH! energy radiates from his eyes. To this, the priest replies "By Sigmar, can't touch this!" before running up to the shaman exclaiming, "STOP!... Hammertime."

The WoC book is dead to me.
