Well Fireblade is simply an upgrade to Tau firewarriors so no surprise. However the drones used to be fast attack.

Objective Secured Drones would be interesting, but it's possible that they're just repacking them separately. It's possible that they're the new Ripper Swarms, and Farsight Enclaves-style lists are losing access to ObSec Crisis Suits, although it's also possible that you might get a role-shift like the Tervigon, although I bet that that's what's happened with the Fireblade.

Interesting. So we might have four troops now. FW, the new FW things, Kroot, and Drones. That's cool. Also a lot. I hope they make drones BS3. BS2 is useless.

Hardly; gun drones with BS2 are about 10% more likely to hit than Firewarriors with BS3 (55% vs 50%). Marker drones are not great at BS2, but that's what drone controllers are for.

Drones as troops would be cool, since I practically only like floaty non-humanoid things lol. love the idea of a fleet of different drones.

If we have drone troops, this would call for a large drone conversion for an HQ, (counts as Commander battlesuit); maybe a Pathfinder Drone, or a Riptide shield generator as the base model...

I dunno. I kind of like the idea of a bunch of regular drones, a few "specialist" drones with pilots, and a boss type who keeps the pilots in line. This is pretty much wishlisting at this point though ...

BS2 is useless.

You should try playing Orks some time...

It would be a good reason to replicate the best infiltration team in history (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/D-Squad)!

Okay, you can stop laughing now.

The Cadre -Fireblade has been in the Troops section of the GW website since he was first released, Atleast on the swedish page. So thats nothing new.. I did always wonder why a HQ was in the Troops slot on the webstore but GW is GW... The Gundrones are something new in that slot though..

Hey! I liked that episode.

I liked it, too. But that was a mission that succeeded despite some of its members (though far better than if a certain Binks was in there).

Indeed. How many times has speculation arisen just because the web team screwed up?

Still, I would be disappointed if the Fireblade turned Broodlord. Sure, it would sell more Fireblades, but why not do that with Chaplains, then?

Better Tervigoned than Broodlorded.
