In AHRIMAN: UNCHANGED due out soon Ahriman is trying to undue the rubric has GW ever done a big army change in a BL book before or is this a book we already know the end to combined with the hints of a new codex am I just grasping at straws.

Depends what you see as "big army change".
Necrons, Dark Eldar, Space Marines,... all have changed over time via BL justifications or retcons

I for one would rather read a rumour, than have it pre-filtered.

We know who the reliable rumour mongers are, so it's easy enough to discount the less reliable ones.

It would indeed be very nice to have Tzeentch releases coincide with Ahriman: Unchanged. I was very much looking forward to such a thing.
