In the process of building/painting this guy. Not sure what rules I'll use for him. He's just gonna feature in some friendly games. Got the Idea after reading the last Soul Drinkers book.

Cool model, interesting concept. You could use it as a counts-as Tomb Spyder, if you don't plan on custom rules for it.

yeah the shoulders where the hardest part. they are actually smooth, but the light really caught the simpilest imperfections.
My wife was planning on using it as some kind of troop variation. Calling it a tombgaurd she expected it to be a heavy hitter that was scoring and moved like a jetbike, and was as tough as a wraith lord. oh yeah and had extended reserection orb range. Hence the top orb and hoodish projection type deal. just a thought though. definatlly still a work in progress.

Looks great, I'm not sure but have you seen the necron rumours that they're gonna come out in Jan 2011, but it mentions a necron necromancer (bit of a mouthful) which was described as a wraithlord for necrons and the model looks perfect for that role.
