Looking for some feedback on this list. I will be using it competitively so any advice is greatly appreciated. I am using the Raptors chapter tactics from IA:IX - Part I. To summarize, they use the Raven Guard "Strike from the Shadows" and "Legendary Marksmen" which makes their bolters and bolt pistols rending if they don't move. It uses the ITC three source format.

Captain - bike, auspex, artificer armor, thunder hammer, storm shield
2 x 5 Tactical marines - multi-melta
1 x 5 Tactical marines - lascannon
3 bikes - 2 gravguns, combi-grav
Attack Bike - multi-melta
3 x Grav Centurions - omniscope
10th Company Task Force
5 x Scouts - sniper rifles, camo
10 x Scouts - bolter, heavy bolter, combi-grav
10 x Scouts - bolter, heav bolter, combi-grav, land speeder storm
Source Three:
Stormwing Formation
Storm Raven - lascannon, multi-melta
2 x Stormtalons - skyhammer missiles
The scouts all combat squad and infiltrate forward across the objectives to put potential rending bolter shots on the enemy, Lias uses his WL trait to infiltrate the grav cents and the two MM squads. The LC squad sits back on my home objective. The bikes work a flank to cap objectives or take on enemy armor and heavy infantry while the LSS works the opposite flank and screw with drop pods.
