Most Current Inquisition Rules?

I'm not sure if I'm looking at the most current rules for Inquisition.

To be specific, the version I am looking at says that Inquisitor Coteaz can take 3 pre-selected Sanctic powers instead of rolling on BRB disciplines (Hammerhand, Sanctuary, Dark Excommunication)

Is this still true? Am I looking at the correct version of Inquisition rules?

If you are looking at the Inquisition Codex that came out 2 or so years ago then yes you have the right book, if you are looking at any of the old grey knight codexs then you have the wrong ones.
