Kerpow! Kytan! Khorne! Kapital! (http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuff/KYTAN.html)

He's here, and he's stompy and shooty and choppy.

And a not entirely unreasonable £90.

The price is interesting since the original plastic kit costs £95 and I think this one is a lot better personally.

Seems you only get the torso sprues.

Having never built the kit, nor seen the sprues, I dunno what spares one might find.

Currency-wise this model is a steal (relatively speaking for FW stuff)

Points wise its a flop. Its about 200pts too expensive vis-a-vis a WK.

Isn't that true of literally everything?

I do like it better than the Lord of Skulls kit but the I would have to shorten the waist a bit to really love it.

And yet they don't bother with points and people lose their minds! :P

Absolutely. Why are we expecting FW to release balanced rules anyway?

It's an improvement... but still looks wrong. Perhaps when painted it'll have a different appeal, but I don't know. Forge World needs to keep producing painted exemplars for their kits in addition to all the bare resin images. I'm personally more drawn to seeing a full color completed miniature than an unfinished model. Maybe it's all the people at my FLGS that insist that playing with completely unpainted minis that have left a bad taste in my mouth.
