Dark Mechanicum Dunecrawler Conversion

It's a bit late, I made these guys pretty much in the first couple weeks after the kit was released, but some of my friends have been prodding me to post them up here. so...

Meet the first of my Dark Mechanicum conversions!

Built using parts from the Onager Dunecrawler and a helldrake, with additional parts from the IG's Manticore and the bitz box / green-stuff.

I'm still trying to come up with a name, I'm considering maybe the Mangonel.
On table, I'm playing it WYSIWYG. counting it as an Onager, but replacing the heavy stubbers with a twin-linked heavy bolter. (paying for the neutron-laser/heavy stubber as well as the pintle mounted heavy stubber)

looks fantastic, what did you make the main gun from? it is exactly the sort of thing I need.

I think it's one of the Dunecrawler's weapons, IIRC.

yup, it's the necron heat-ray from the Triarch Stalker kit. the onager's neutron laser barrel fits onto the mounting point of the necron gun without even requiring any trimming. Square peg into round hole :P

I'll be using that particular combination a lot in future I think...
