So, I'm looking to get back into 40k/warhammer, haven't played since 5th. my army is modelled after a light infantry theme, and I'm unlikely to buy many new models, but I do have some leeway in terms of load outs/selections.

Just wanted to get an idea of how this list stacks up, do I need more anti-tank/anti-aircraft etc. I want to keep the light infantry fluff, doesn't need to be super competitive, but id like to not get wrecked.
