The softbacks of both Codex Tau and Farsight Enclaves still available on GWs UK webstore so it may just be a local supply issue for you.

Yup. Looks like it's the Hardback out of stock.

I'd expect it to be replaced with the soft back.

Whenever the hardbacks sell out they remove them from the store. Several GW managers have told me this.
