So im writing an apocalypse list and this formation seems to good to be true.
Given the strategic asset for no scatter deep striking, being able to charge on the turn they arrive, AND rending on 4+, is this tge most overpowered anti infantry/mc/gc formation in the game?
Even assuming ws5+ on your enemies units, this formation does (statistically) 91 ap2 wounds on the turn it arrives. The masques squad alone can (and should) take down a hierophant bio titan!!!!!
Is there something I'm missing here? Because I'm about to buy around 90 more 'nettes just to run this
Ive also just realised that with a beguiling herald in each squad, the average amount of wounds goes up to around 175!!!! At ap2!!!!!
