Had an issue come in a game today. Opponent moved your Vendetta Flat out and Grav-shute Inserted his Veterans. Per the codex if the unit scatters every model must take a dangerous terrain test. The unit counts as deep striking. The unit scattered in difficult terrain which per the rulebook is a dangerous terrain check for deep striking. Does the unit have to take 2 dangerous terrain test per model? We both ruled that they do and played it that way but were unsure if this was possible or not. Tried to call GW and phone was either busy or straight into some guys voicemail, so I turn to you BoLS community.

Pretty sure you'd just take one. I don't think you can trigger multiple dangerous terrain tests in one movement.

The unit has triggered two separate rules which require a DTT.

You take both sets of tests.

Yeah pretty sure you take two, the first one is because you are deepstriking, so taken effectively before youve deepstriked onto the board, then the second for where you landed. So yeah two tests for sure :)
