Can Genestealers outflank

I'm curious as to if genestealers can still outflank via infiltration?

Any unit with the Infiltrate USR may be held in reserves and enter play per the Outflank rules.

It's listed in the back of the rulebook, but not under the special rules for infiltrators, so I just wanted to be sure I didn't miss an FAQ.

Genestealers are the only nid troop choice which can always outflank, but one other troop choice (including Tervigons) can outflank for every HT with the Hive Commander upgrade.
