If I were to get some Nurgle stuff from Forgeworld (plague hulk & drone, Mamon...), which Imperial Armor book would have the current rules for them?

IA13 is your best bet.

Erm... IA13 Warmchines of Chaos and IA The Siege of Vraks I think. Blight Droes are in IA13, both Blight Drones and Mamon are in Vraks.
