2,000 Points of Astra Militarum - with a Baneblade

Hey all,

There's a large (~100 player) local tournament coming up in a few months that is focused on fun lists, great sportsmanship, and good games. Lists are rated prior to entry to ensure that nobody takes anything too tough. As all of the prizes are raffled there will be nothing awarded to Best General (outside of the title), so there is no reason to take an excessively hard list.

I'm trying to build a list that epitomizes IG and has a little bit of everything. I fully expect this list to be rated a 2 on a 1-3 scale (1 being weak, casual, or "battleforce" lists; 3 being efficient or well-built lists that still aren't considered overpowered or "cheesy").

What would you guys rate this list as on the 1-3 scale? I'm curious to see if others find this list to be as middle-of-the-road as I do.
