I couldn't find a better place to put this, but here is a Wereshark that I finished recently.

The thing about this mini is that it really is never going to be useful for any game. The concept is just too WTF for that. He's not quite big enough to be a greater daemon, he's too big to be a lesser one, and I don't know any other role that would fit him very well. So here he is:

Let me know what you think. Or if you'd prefer, here is his Coolminiornot page (http://coolminiornot.com/244323) so you can let them know what you think.

I think it's amazing! Like you say it's too WTF for me to be sure what it could count as but I'm seeing a whole army of crazy shark / fish / dolphin based bipeds using either the nids codex if 40k or daemons for 40k or fantasy as the rules...

I think you could roll it as a daemon either way. Who could turn down that sort of custom job???

That's a pretty sweet Warboss with Power Klaw. His tough hide would probably work as 'Eavy Armor, too. You could probably use him as an Alpha Warrior/Tyranid Prime, too.

But overall, that's pretty awesome looking!

Amazing, well... besides using it in a Space Sharks army... it would always be a nice broodlord with rending claws?

i have seen that mini before, I think it is a miniature reaper and, if I remember right it is more the size of an ogre/troll in fantasy, maybe a tad bigger. I love the idea of a lycanthrope army...this can work in fantasy using throgg/trolls with various types of lycanthropes were bears/boars,sharks,etc; or with the new minataurs from the beastmen. I think you could also play the lycanthropes in either the daemon or the chaos space marines, with some sort of shark motif and him as your summoned greater demon.

the model practically jumped off the shelves when i saw it, that neck twisting around in such a dynamic pose, and I do love the paint job. good luck.

You know, I only now realized that I still have all my Lost and the Damned stuff- and he's just the right size for a Big Mutie.

There, that's a use for him. Now all I need to do is figure out how to make an army of Lost and/or Damned Sharks.

WTF yes, awesome yes-is it scratch built?

Also games workshop did do a creature feature once upon a time allowing you to use native lifeforms-you could use your own version of this. Could be a catachan miral land shark.

Ok, the creature feature was totally made for this guy.

By the way, I did not scratch build this beauty. He was sculpted by Jason Weibe and is available from Reaper Miniatures. I merely mounted him on the base.
