Does anyone have a copy of the old RTT comp rules? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it is from 3rd Ed. You lose a point for 2 HQs, HQ being over 200pts, etc. I played a tournament last weekend and got creamed on comp points while a 2 LR list scored 7 points higher in comp. I just want to be prepared next time.
