I tried to put together a basic venom spam, multiple small units list.
The Archon will go on the Raider along with 5 True Borns and will alongside the rest of the venoms fly around firing at the infantry at maximum range.
The Scourges and Ravagers will try and take out the tanks
The Talos will try and take down the Dreadnoughts and walkers and such.

I mainly used this guide in making it:
http://www.miniwargaming.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=112392

So my question is would this list be able to stand on itīs own in a tournament or would it get (in the best Magnus the Red style) itīs back broken as soon as it faced any serious competition?
I have considered using Eldar Allies, but the problem is that i donīt know which units i should bring from the Eldar list or which Dark Eldar units i should switch out in favor of set Eldar units??

Depends on your local meta.
DE are not the most competitive Army out there.
Venom spam always works reasonably well. Your AT is (depending on your meta) probably overkill. Thats 29 Lance/haywire shots.. a little bit much I feel.

Also:

The Talos will try and take down the Dreadnoughts and walkers and such.

This will not work. Talos is S7. Dreads are AV12. You need 5 to glance, the dread on the other hand needs 2+ to wound.
You have so much AT, you do not need to waste them on vehicles.
I would recommend a Dark Artisan Formation (talos + Cronos + Haemi in one unit) and make this formation your WL (rerolls "1" on Fnp) and give him a WWP.
Maybe also 1 less Ravager and 1 less Scourge and fit in 2 Razorwings instead. (you don't lose out much AT and gain 8 large blasts)

my oppo plays DE; he came up with an interesting 'trick' the other day to get utility out of ravagers - just stick them behind an aegis defence line - increase their cover save to at least a 5+ [probably 4+ and nightshields to 3+ - unless your opponents are picky - get an umpires ruling before you start !] this prevents them having to 'snapshoot' the entire game and brings them back into a valid choice.

i occasionally run DE - the only unit i really cannot get to survive/work is scourges ! so good luck with them !

Tried once again with Battlescripe to make an army.
This time it was an allied force between Haemunculus Coven and Iyanden.
The Grotesques in their raiders alongside the Talos and Cronos (not sure if I am allowed to take more than 1 Talos, I donīt think I am) will take on the troops to the best of their abilities.
The Spiritseers will each join a unit (not sure what to do with the last one but the Groteques can always get number 5) and will run support in their individual units while at the same time trying to spew out warp dices.

The Wraithguards alongside with the Wraithknight will try and take down heavy armored troops and Tanks.
